Every one of us have habits. Anything that is done over and over turns into a habit. When we get into a habit we do a thing without considering it. Habits may be great or terrible. In Chapter 9 in the book The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg depicts of ladies names Angie Bachmann who "lost everything," , her home to even a $1 million inheritance , while gambling, to the point she needed to file bankruptcy . Bachmann was completely mindful of her activities yet the casinos made gambling more accessible to her by sending her gifts which urged her to return and bet more .The casino had enormous impact in Bachmann dependence on betting .
