Charles Darwin's Theory Of Biological Evolution

Evolution refers to change that occurs in a population over time. These changes are produced at the genetic level as organisms’ genes mutate in different ways during reproduction. Evolution is a change in the gene pool of a population over time. Populations simply adapt to their surroundings. Lots of things change over time. People, animals, the changes of the leaves, the rivers having new species, the changes in the weather patterns. All through the Earth we all are changing. We are born and then we grow into adults and we get older and we die. A new generation is born by us dying. We are all apart of each other in some form or fashion. Biological evolution inherited characteristics produced offspring. The gene pool information carried by all in the environment. Gene flow moves between populaitons introducing another population to another therefore making new. With the genetic drift it is kind of like parents not having diabetes but their children may have it, nut as time goes on the child may not have it, it is slowly down the changes of the next generation. With all the new technology and medical research being done they may one day find a cure. Natural selection is a directional process because it shifts the genetic characteristics of a population along a specific path. In natural selection we produce more offspring to survive. We have to struggle to keep existing and adapt to new surroundings. Reproduction is a key part in our environment. Trees, animals, plants, protists, algae, and fungi all reproduce in some form. Some even produce the bad to help the good produce more. Each have a characteristic that is different. Evolution today is still today. New species have evolved; old ones have died to make room for the new. Still today we study how we are evolving. Producing more species, families, even combining new species
