Reliability is often a misconstrued measurement idea. However, the reliability of a test scores bears on decisions regarding the findings and interpretations of what is being measured. There are a variety of forms of reliability coefficients, but among the most commonly used are internal consistency estimates because they are readily calculated from a single administration of a test (Henson, 2001).
The four major forms or reliability are internal consistency, interrater, test-retest, …show more content…
Interrater Reliability would be high reliability further if th presentation is staying organized and focused on the topic at hand and the managers are on one accord as to if the information is pertinent. Therefore, if all the managers believe that the presentation was beneficial and not one or two of them is in disagreement this can result in a high reliability.
Test-Retest Reliability would have high reliability in this aspect if the presentation was given again in the next week, seeing how the information is structured, organized, and will give off the same information as it did in prior instances. All the more, the format has been structured and formatted to tailor a certain group.
Intrarater Reliability would be high reliability essentially because the information will not change and they wil still hear it as it was given previously. However, maybe if the delivery of the presentation changed it would alter the score of the
