Once you buy the app, the individual will receive a device that connects to the water meter. The device will connect to your smartphone and will show how much water you use. This costs $70. The money from the app will go to buying this for you. It records how much you use a day and divides that by the number of people in your house to get the number of gallons per person. You then earn a corresponding amount of points. If you use 80 gal or more you get 10 points. If you use less than 25 gallons, you get 100 points! (points to trifold showing what app will look like)
