Relationships such as, new relationship with God, new relationship to yourself, new relationship to other people, and new relationship to the enemy. Not only does god create new relationship but his word gives us promise, exposes us to sin, commands, and examples to follow. Lastly mediating is key to apply God's word into our lives. Our daily lives can be chaotic and leave us with no time to mediate. As God's children we must meditate to process Gods word. Hendrick explains that meditation can be done at anything.
