I decided to write about Chapter 12 “Emotions, Stress, and Health” because I can relate to the content of this chapter. I am a very emotional person, who tends to become very stressed out quickly. I am interested in better understanding my emotions and stress. Before reading the chapter, I have a few questions I hope to get answered. How do psychologists classify someone as overemotional or having a weird emotion, when emotions are unique to each person? How can psychologists measure stress and emotions? Also, how my long-term large amount of stress effects my health? Finally, What can I do to help reduce my stress and control my emotions more
