Chapter 10 literacy assignment In this essay I will be describing what you would do to trouble shoot the situation. The situation is that my boss cannot reach the company’s internal web server from his office but he could yesterday.
Some tools that could be used to trouble shoot the problem would be commands. Some commands that could be used to check to see if there is a problem. Ipconfig/flushdns can be used to resolve the DNS cache when troubleshooting a problem.
