Chavez wanted better working conditions for the hard working farmers in the fields and the right treatment they should be getting for all their hard work. The National Farm Workers Association was founded by Cesar Chavez . “The UFW seeks to empower migrant farm workers and improve their wages and working conditions” (Cesar Estrada Chavez).
