Dominick has noticed that several issues have been developing lately in his life, which are impacting him in multiple ways.

Dominick works as a cashier and bagger at a large grocery store chain. He is on his feet all day. He has a gym membership, but it hasn't been used in over six months. He has noticed that his jeans have been fitting tight around the waist, but he has been too tired to get out to the store to buy bigger ones. He is beginning to feel like he is too fatigued to do anything. He often struggles with insomnia and tosses and turns all night, only causing him to be more fatigued during the day. He has a lot of knee pain, which contributes to his inability to sleep, and this is exacerbated by the type of job he has. He doesn't
