R/s since the beginning of the year Ms. Goos has had 6 hospital admissions due to cellulitis. R/s since 05/31/2016 she has been admitted three times. R/s it seems as if the family drops Ms. Goos off when they planning to go out of town.

ALLEGATIONS:
R/s Ms. Goos frequently visits the hospital due to chronic cellulitis. R/s Ms. Goos is a 82-years-old female with dementia, arthritis, hypertension, and other health issues. R/s there is a concern that the family is not providing Ms. Goos with her medicine (antibiotics) to treat the cellulitis. R/s reportedly the family can’t afford some of the medicine that cost $6. R/s Ms. Goos is living in the home with Paula (daughter). R/s Paula has refused home health services for Ms. Goos.
