WELCOME STATEMENT

ABOUT THIS HANDBOOK

This employee handbook generally describes the personnel policies and procedures that govern the employment relationship between CCSI2, and its employees. The policies stated in this handbook are subject to change at the sole discretion of CCSI2, (hereafter referred to as the Company). These policies were not intended to be all-inclusive. There may be situations which arise that are not covered, either directly or indirectly, by these policies. In such instances, the Company on a case-by-case basis will determine the policy.

This employee handbook will not be construed as constituting a contract or as creating any contractual obligations on the part of CCSI2, or any employee. None of the Company’s personnel documents and benefit plans, including this employee handbook constitutes an express or implied
