Also a very good practice to help manage procrastination is to focus on the success you will achieve and the joy you will feel. it may seem as if currently it is eminent but you have to look past. realize your time management and complete your task. Some other simple ways of trying to manage your prorcrastination is by creating lists or even creating a guideline. some very useful straigties and tips to overcome prorcrastination is to start your task immediately. Stop over-thinking the task, stop waiting untill you are done with something. Just do it now. Sometimes you need to jump right into the task even if you think you aren’t ready. A jump start is sometimes better than no start. Also turning everything off! Eliminate all distractions. Turn off your television. Your cell phone. Close your door for you can be avoid interruptions.
