Early middle age men around the age of 45 are at risk for developing hypertension, commonly women’s are at risk for hypertension development around the age of 65 or older. Other factors of developing hypertension my occur from race, family history, being over weighted or obese, not being physically active, usage of tobacco, the use of salt to much sodium, having too much potassium in the body, too little vitamin D in the body, stress, chronic conditions such as kidney disease, sleep apnea, pregnancy, retention of obsessive water in body diabetes, and also the use of alcohol. Effects that can contribute when not seeking medical attention or failure to properly monitor high blood pressure can result in stroke, or heart attack.
