Five people are involved in the decision-making process. Malik is in charge of the meeting in which the decision is to be made. Maria, Sonny, Saima, and Patrus are the others involved in the process. It's also a big factor that will determine success in your job and your career -- especially in a rough business climate where your value as an employee is closely watched. Trust is a characteristic that builds respect and loyalty. Distrust increases tension and negative "on guard" behavior, which can destroy the spirit of the team and productivity:
Show up -- every day and on time -- and stay at least the required hours.
Do the work; meet or exceed the job description and company standards. Do what you say you will do. Fulfill your promises.
Listen and consider others' ideas with an open mind.
Focus on issues and solutions rather than personalities. Set the example, by being responsible and accountable.
Avoid me, me, me. Genuinely care about others and promote we, we, we.
Willingly accept information and constructive criticism.
Tell the truth. Even small lies and twisted truths are still lies. .
Don't steal -- on expense reports, from the supply cabinet or your colleagues.
Be consistent in words and behaviors.

Look others in the eye with comfortable and direct eye contact. Do you have any other ideas to solve this situation besides the ones listed? Yes; Call Patrus and Maria together and communicate to

In researching the company, there seems to be a clear understanding that the fundamental believe of the leadership is investing in people by placing them at a higher value than the profits of the business. When the strong foundation is taking care of people the return on investment is limitless; this is done by the leader-servant mentality. It seems as if the leadership at Costco took their principles of the Synovus Financial Corporation, “the company’s operations are centered around a well defined set of expectations, graphically bisected by an ordered ‘value chain,’ that focuses first on people and culture, and places performance near the end of the list.” (Hess, E.D., & Cameron, K.S. 2006). While the leader of the organization has the final say in the overall decision making process, group decision making can generate a more complete solution to a problem by aggregating the resources of several individuals. This offers increased diversity of ideas and opens the door for more potential solutions to a problem to be considered, thereby leading to a greater sense of acceptance of the chosen solution by members of the organization (Robbins & Judge, 2009). While group decision making can lead to more favorable outcomes, it is not a perfect process.…
