The given case study “What’s wrong with Walooms” stated the problem about the Walooms one of the products of the Company. The sales report is not good as expectation and as training manager I supposed to create the training course for salesforce. Before doing important decision, I must do the research. Hypothesis is most important things in research, and there were many hypotheses. I should pick the best hypothesis and choose the best condition to solve the problems. I got only 11 points out of the 20 questions in this quiz. After analyzing the report, I find myself as quick decision maker.

There were many hypotheses and condition. The major hypotheses were, staff does not have enough skills of salesforce, they were not paid good incentive or wage and the Walooms its self has problem. First, I pick the first hypothesis that is employee do not have enough skills. Later I found the hypotheses is not correct. So, I informed my boss that we do not need training for our employees. Though boss forces me to make training course on salesforce. After that there is another condition, whether I leave the company, or show anger to the boss or suggest her to study her own training book or make the new course book. In this condition, I seem very impatient and I choose the option of giving suggestion my boss first to study her training book. As given feedback in questionnaire I was wrong. This case study helps to provide insights into the problem to develop hypotheses for future quantitative research. After doing the case study I get ideas to expand my understanding of the management problems and address them.
