When building a career in the medical field, you should never pick a profession just for the money. Unfortunately, many of the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), working in our nation’s Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities, are doing just that. If you are doing this profession just for the money not only are you suffering, but the residents are suffering even more so. The cause of taking a job as a CNA for the money is that is results in poor resident care. First, how does not caring affect the health of the resident? Your work etiquette will become sloppy, resulting in a non-hygienic environment. If techniques are not sterile, the resident could suffer greatly in more ways than one, such as, catching a cold, getting an infection,
