For meritorious service while serving as the Senior Enlisted Advisor at U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Far East Detachment Diego Garcia from January 2015 to March 2016. Senior Chief Robinson consistently demonstrated leadership and initiative in the performance of her duties. Her ability to perform in an extremely isolated, arduous, and dynamic environment are directly reflected in the high level of success provided to Navy, Joint and Coalition forces conducting Overseas Contingency Operations in support of three Combatant Commanders in an extremely isolated, arduous, and dynamic environment. Specific accomplishments include:

- Her leadership contributed in the management of 95 Sailors, civilians and contractor personnel in the flawless execution of the day-to-day Command and Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) mission, supporting 3200 U.S. Navy, Joint, Inter-Agency, Coalition forces, and contractor personnel, operating in the remote and dynamic Indian Ocean Theater. Her constant engagement was instrumental in the operation and management of
3,397 voice and data circuits to include 85 critical circuits and 1,050 network assets servicing NAVSUPPFAC Diego Garcia and 11 tenant commands, providing reliable and available communications support 24/7 throughout the island.

As team leader for CPOA-365 Fiscal Year 2016 and Fiscal Year 2017, she provided leadership and guidance to seven CPO's and 22 First Class Petty Officers.
