Prescribed patient Spiriva Respimat 5 mcg (2 acutations; 2.5 mcg/actuation) inhaled PO qDay. Use at home nebulization treatment of Albuterol. Advair pump as needed. Increase fluids and rest. Follow up in 1 week. New, worsening, or persistent symptoms call office or visit ER. Patient education on cessation of smoking. Risk and benefits were addressed.
