The Ageing population in New Zealand has dramatically increased by 11 % in the year 1991 and slightly surged to 13% in 2009 of the total population ages 65 years old and above. With the statistics mentioned earlier they predicted that it will boosts at about 21 % by the year 2031. (Ministry of Social Development, 2009). New Zealand Aged Care Industry continue to rise and face its challenges thus, the level of assurance must take into account and standard of care must improve and provide the best holistic care and that is what West Harbour Gardens Residential Care is known for. Accountability is important in this organization each person has a role or responsibility in the care of the resident. From the first day, manager will advise on how to manage the admission process which include help with paperwork, and collaborating with the government agencies and also it is the manager job to keep the resident and its family informed at every step in the way. There are three part of process in providing great care. First, is they are hiring and well trained nurses and caregiver who have passion for elderly and competent in providing care. Second, equip their staff with proper knowledge and training. The third is working with a controlled and up to date procedure and policies to ensure the quality of
