Per Reporter: Delesia is running an illegal daycare/aftercare (Diapers to Diplomas). Lea (Delesia’s grandmother) refused to be involved. On Saturday, August 26, 2017, there were three unknown children from the ages of newborn to 3 years old in the care of Delesia. Delesia was under the influence of alcohol. The children at the home every day. It is unknown if the parents (unknown) are aware of Delesia being under the influence. It is unknown if the children are eating properly while in Delesia’s care. The home didn’t look appropriate for the children from the outside of the home. There is working utilities (water & electricity). The allegations were not discussed with Delesia; it is difficult to speak with someone under the influence.
