Case Study Of Shonika's Response To Her Calls

Shonika has one positive quality and that is providing kind customer service with a pleasant tone. If I hadn't listened to her calls, I would not have noticed her lack and total disregard for everything she had been taught. She takes the NAPE and doesn't repeat nor spell back any of the information that is given to her. She rarely asked for a phone number, yet one was always captured. She never asked for emails as well. On the order protocol, I was amazed that she took the credit card information and never repeated any information back to the caller. On scripting she would completely skip pages of scripts and go completely out of order for the path she would select. On scripted prayer, she would use the scripted prayers more of a guideline
