Specials and value deals are what attract consumers and help a business make more money. However judging from the information gathered through our questionnaires, we can see that 90% of the consumers don’t know about any of Nando’s specials offers. This can only mean that Nando’s has not promoted their specials well enough and in order to move on from this problem they need to make sure they advertise these deals through popular channels, such as television and on social media where many people will have access to it.

The catch is that the price of these dinks are slightly higher than those of the single cans and cups of soda. In the above graph, we can see that this new service is highly requested and so therefore Nando’s should definitely look into introducing it into their business. This could be a little bit costly, but people are demanding it and so therefore Nando’s will still be making a profit.
