CCIB Intake received a call from Program Manager Richard Boyer regarding an incident which occurred on 5/23/16. According to the Program Manager while at a local park participated in physical education an 18 year old female resident began to cry. The caller approached the resident as asked what the matter was. The resident responded by stating she didn't want her friends (peers) to get into trouble and was very hesitant to speak with the caller. Eventually the resident disclosed that on Sunday, May 22nd while at the park with two female peers ages 12 and 15 she observed the two girls touching each other’s breast while at the playground area.
