Per Reporter: Ariyanna tested positive for marijuana after being admitted the hospital for delivery on 10/20/17. Ariyanna's baby (Island's) was born on 10/21/17. Island's urine testing positive for marijuana. Island's meconium is pending. Ariyanna stated that: "She did not know she pregnant until she was six months." Ariyanna did receive prenatal care in the last three months of pregnancy. Ariyanna admitted to smoking marijuana before she found out she was pregnant. Ariyanna stated that: "She stops smoking marijuana." Ariyanna stated that: "She used to smoke one blunt (marijuana rolled in a cigar paper) a day. After, the death of her mother (unknown) two months ago. Ariyanna's mother death trigger her to start back smoking marijuana." Ariyanna
