The RP stated the call was for resident Lue Bojorquey DOB: 3/18/25. The RP stated Lue was observed with multiple bruise all over her body. The RP stated the bruises were in various stages of healing. The RP stated that Lue was released from Kaiser Moreno Valley Hospital earlier that day due to a fall. The RP stated the manager (name unknown) wrote a letter to the hospital's emergency room physician refusing to have the resident returned to the facility.
