It was very interesting reading your response to both questions. I particularly like the response you gave to the first question. In every relationship involves two or more parties. For peaceful coexistence amongst these parties, there should be that mutual respect and understanding towards each other. The relationship that should exist between stakeholders and health care organization should be a mutual one based on principles, values and honesty that will go a long way to achieve success for all parties involved. I like the fact that you used the term symbiotic to describe that kind of relationship that should exist amongst stakeholders and healthcare organization. This symbiotic relationship provides a balance that can only be achieved by working together in peace, harmony and respect. Thanks for the examples you also used to delineate your points.

Yes, it is so true we have different strengths, weaknesses and personalities. What I may like, someone may dislike it and in the same vein, it may take a day or two for me to understand a concept but it may take a minute or two for some other to understand that same concept. For a leader to harness the potential of all employees, that leader as your rightly said must possess good social skills and must be willing to show empathy. That will help him deal with and better understand different people and personalities that will go a very long way to make him/her a successful
