Case Study: Cir's BLUF

HP has agreed to the following in regards to CIR's BLUF, it is essential that when the below information is not included in the CIRs the BWC or designate representative from the watch reach out to the Command Center to update the CIR with required information. i.e. affected CCSD , potential Impact to USMC, potentially impact to HIT sites (WIP). Also if it is a high level DISA outage the watch should reach to the DISA Command Center and obtain the CCSD from the DISA TT# provided by HP.

By ensuring HP provide this information we will be better able to communicate and assess the impact to the COC and keep the lines of communication open with DISA
