Full Sail University By putting forth some effort and believing in your dreams, entrepreneurship can be a reasonable goal. I sat down with fellow Full Sail student and entrepreneur Antoine Wongus to discuss his self-owned recording label and studio. Antoine started making beats when he was just 13 years old and mastered his skills over the years. When he finished learning the ropes of producing and recording he decided to make a career out of what he loved. He noticed his friends were musically talented and enjoyed rapping as well. As a result he opened Lionz Den Entertainment in Virginia to pursue his passion and keep himself and his friends out of the streets. As Lionz Den

Antoine got into the business, and continues to do businesses twenty years later, with music creation as his motivating drive. He enjoys thinking something up right on the spot and being able to clearly express it through music. My motivation is being part of creating a dream. When people come to my promotions firm for help I will be able to help them make their dream a reality. I want to create something I can be proud of and that my clients can use knowing it was put together with great care and consideration for their concept. As an entrepreneur I am working towards opening my promotions firm, King K Promotions LLC. I will provide both digital and print advertisements for my clients. I currently do promotions for the Universal Scholars, an up and coming group of gentlemen. I promote their music and their fashion line via social media platforms. I am currently in the research process of business. I want to learn as much as I can about running a profitable business as possible before I get my feet wet. I also would like to establish a blog and build that, along with a website, to get my brand recognized before I purchase a …show more content…
I will need to obtain a business license in Pittsburgh, as well as file for a fictitious name to own King K Promotions. I will also be required to get an ID number for the IRS before I do business under my King K Promotions title. I am going to touch up on property laws, which I will need when I open my storefront. As a promotions firm, I will create and print my own professional business cards to distribute to potential artists and clients.
