1. Abbyland Foods and Quadtech Innovations LLC will install LMI sensor on to Line 4 or Line 5 ADCO cartoner.

2. During the 30 day trail Abbyland shall collect the following information from the PLC that the LMI Sensor is installed after the completion of each product lot (product and production day).
a. The number of events that laser eye determine product was within the ADCO loading bucket.
b. The number of events that the LMI Sensor determines product within ADCO loading bucket is above volume threshold set for correct count of product.

The project team shall use this data calculate the number of cartons that the LMI Sensor prevented from being loaded with incorrect count during a production lot.

3. Abbyland shall provide the average carton waste broken down by product lot (product and production day) on the line that LMI sensor is installed for the 30 days prior to trial. During trial Abbyland shall continue to collect carton waste numbers as normal on the line that LMI sensor is installed for each product lot.
