When the doctor’s protocol includes seeking for root causes, rather than just prescribing medicines, many more people may improve their health. Each individual person, or caregiver, should research what is best for each.
Medical insurance plans have grown from the proliferation of steady information and use of medicine and medical approaches to diseases, that slowly make an individual too accustomed, or often addicted.
In an upcoming book, I will give an overview of Homeopathy, a sensible, evidence-based approach to health, that was an accepted as medical protocol before being bullied out of the block by the powers-that-be.

A. The Family
The role of the family in the 21st century is in conflict with the traditional family.
So much can be expressed, but one topic I want to touch on here, is the right of each person in the family to feel safe and be nurtured in a positive environment.
Unfortunately, that is not always the case. I am particularly upset about the immoral exploitation of children, youth, disabled or older adults who depend on others for their care. Too often, actions and scars from childhood of a perpetrator, if not found and addressed properly and early enough, may converge into negative habits in later years.
Not a pleasant topic, to be sure, but a reality nonetheless, is the exploitation in the form of molestation, pedophilia, physical, emotional, outright neglect, and other …show more content…
Volunteering
To a measure, we can all be our ‘brothers’ keeper.’
Volunteering is one avenue.
There exist various camps of thought on ‘volunteering.’
. If one does not have one’s life in order, reaching out to others, volunteering may just serve to cover up personal deficiencies.
. Volunteers often derive self fulfilment, more than the people served.
. Volunteering is a way to learn the ropes in a given field, and gain practical experience before deciding on a career.
. Often, volunteering can keep a person feel engaged, active and energized, when that person has time to do so. But never at the expense of neglecting oneself or responsibilities.
. It helps a person not focus so much on self.
Personally, I have derived lots of satisfaction from volunteering, from the age of eighteen through the present. As an advancing senior now, I am more limited, I don’t volunteer as much. But I know of elderly people who were willing and able to volunteer till they became centenarians!
As a youth, I always have had an inclination to learn and to share. Some of the assignments I chose were:
. Children’s teacher in church school
. Following our mother’s example, my siblings and I volunteered with the Red Cross during the second world
