Reason for Visit: Unscheduled Visit: New Injury: Right Shoulder Pain
TM states he was shooting seat belts with DC tool and started having sharp pain to his right shoulder.
S: TM GA CHASSIS B; F2-11L. According to TM he was shooting seat belts with DC tools and started to have sharp pain in his right shoulder. He had RTC surgery in 8/15/16 and returned to work on 11/14/2016 without any restrictions for person related injury. Things were going well until his team changed and started to work with DC tools in June. TM reports his pain is 7/10, and most pain with ROM.
O: Right Shoulder: no edema, no discoloration noted; tenderness with palpation around AC region; Full AROM with pain; increased pain with above head activity; No impairment of NVS;
