On 10/11/2015 at approximately 0001 hours, I responded to 625 Timber Meadow Lake Drive in reference to an assault that already occurred. Upon my arrival, I noticed Magda Yankelowitz (victim) was bleeding from an open laceration wound located on her forehead. Ms.Yankelowitz was going in and out of consciousness at the time so I was unable to speak with her to find out how the incident occurred.
