Caring is so crucial because without caring, what kind of nurse would that be? Vance describes caring behaviors as; behaviors evidenced shown while giving care to a patient (Teresa Vance). The way a patient is being treated during ones duration at a hospital can clearly determine why the patient is acting a cering way. As a patient, it is the nurse's job to provide the characteristics for patients successful behavioral outcome.
