Cardiovascular fitness is the process in which oxygen is utilized by working the heart and lungs to produce oxygen-rich blood, and transporting it to the muscle tissues within, which the human body then uses it as kinetic energy for physical activities. To maintain a healthy body, regular aerobic exercise like running, swimming, or biking for example, is needed to work all the muscles, and most importantly the heart and lungs. Cardiovascular fitness is essential for weight loss, regulating sugar, lowering cholesterol, releasing happy endorphins, and providing more energy for the person. Many people in our society do not exercise, which then results in obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, stroke, or heart diseases. That is why regular exercise
