Capitol Consultants understands that completing the design of the project on time is the hardest constraint. The design will have three months to be developed and in this time it will be of the utmost importance to meet deadlines on time and to develop a quality final product. In other words, we will be thinking in terms of a project cycle and will keep every member focused in order to reach the targeted schedule. The type, amount, and availability of resources to successfully complete the project is another important constraint. This information about resources includes funds, equipment available, facilities and utilities that are going to be built. The factors listed above may have an influence on the project timeline.
