They introduced most of the same products that they offer through whole sale which customers can by for a lower price in comparison to other retailers. Their products offer the same traditional taste that have been served and used by restaurants and other business on the Ottawa-Gatineau area with the use of no preservatives on the preparation of all their products. However, their retail experience is fairly new with little presence on food retailer category. Most of their financial assets have been implemented on renovations and expansions for their only store located on the South-Keys area.
Lastly, as part of their recent decision to include retail product services, Capital Buns Bakery does not have an established brand logo, website, creative considerations and more. This represents a huge opportunity for advertising to help create and promote their look as a food retailer, brand personality, and branding

It is my Opinion that SugarFine café will be a profitable business based off the the Cash Pro Forma numbers and the calculations done to determine the expenses and how much profit will be brought in each month. I also agree the the hours the SugarFine is open is realistic for the demographics it is trying to appeal to. In the morning there is coffee available, for lunch you can grab a sweet treat and after dinner there is always room for desert. I have also come to the conclusion that adding the comedian as entertainment and adding flavored coffee to the menu increases the cash flow and allows the SugarFine Café to continue to grow its revenue. The Monthly Product Revenue that is shown has helped me come to the conclusion to visually see what…
