Candidate Lock's Five Paragraph Order

Candidate Lock posted security prior to issuing his order. The five paragraph order was incomplete, completely omitting the administration/logistics and the command/signal paragraphs. However, SNC presented clear and concise instructions pertaining to the scheme of maneuver by assigning specific tasks to each of his subordinates. SNC’s ability to remain calm through adversity allowed him to clearly communicate his thoughts and aided him in maintaining control of his subordinates. It was evident SNC remained in charge throughout the evolution. His ability to clearly communicate his thoughts allowed him to effectively employ his team to maintain focus on their assigned mission.
