5. Candidate Adams performed his operation order while not meeting the standard of what is required to properly relay to his fellow candidates. Though the operation order was average at best it was conducted while the fire team was in their 360 security. There was no confirmation of understanding from any of the members as they were more focus on the security vise listening to what the team leader had to say in his order. In addition, SNC briefed in his order of corpsmen support which was not correct via the instructions issued.
