In light of the prosperity that Canada had at the turn of the century there are many facts that can be argued that this prosperity was centerd to a limited and regional location, or that all of her regions did not enjoy prosperity on the same level. In the central region Quebec one of the most populated rgions in Canada also did not experience the same prosperity compared to Ontario its bordering neighbor. Thoe Quebec was shifting faster to industrialization compared to the east and western Canada. Controll of it’s industry was in the hands of foreign investers. Quebeckers were more of the labors of their own established industries than being the managers or the owners.
