Most of these symptoms are temporary and relatively easy to deal with, but some of the symptoms are a lot more serious. Like caffeine induced anxiety disorder is severe anxiety due to long-term use of heavy caffeine (Davison and Alic 12). Caffeine induced sleep disorder such as insomnia and in extreme cases caffeine intoxication usually as a result of taking caffeine in the form of a pill or as a powder (Davison and Alic
