Cafeteria Food Memo

On Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at 0202, received a called from cafeteria staff that an African American Male wearing a brown hoodie, blue jeans and white sneakers walked out of 5 Medical Park cafeteria without paying for his food.
I Sgt Perdue, Security Officer Hinton, and Officer Kinard found Mr. Erik Lavel Taylor loitering on the 10th floor eating the cafeteria food. Mr. Taylor address from his South Carolina Driver’s License is “140 Amsterdam Drive APT A, Columbia, South Carolina 29210”. I ask Mr. Taylor do you have a receipt for his purchase he refuses to answer. The meal weight value approximately $14.58 after he eaten most of the food. Officer W.L. Wells from Columbia Police Department charge Mr. Taylor with shoplifting from Palmetto
