Cadet Kenney sets the example of what an outstanding Cadet is here at Ohio University. She is always motivated and willing to overcome any obstacle that she will face. She is someone that you can count on, no matter what, whether that be from a last minute detail or having to assume the role of Squad Leader as an MS2 when it’s needed and excelling at it. No one is more deservering of this award than Cadet Kenney as she embodies all that ROTC, the Army and our Nation expect from us.
