The purpose of the CCU group project was researching and implementing best practices for CCU to improve nursing competency in dysrhythmia recognition, EKG interpretation, and implementation of current evidence-based practices.
Goals and objectives
The goal and objectives of this group project was to assist RNs in recognizing dysrhythmias, to improve competency assessments, and to improve implementation of current evidence based practices. By December 2017, this group sought to improve nursing staffs’ knowledge of lethal dysrhythmias rhythms and how to treat them. The
