This is important as the first impression given out by a company can most likely decide whether that individual wishes to join that particular company. Internal adverts are when a company decides to replace a member who has been terminated or left with a member from within their own company. Internal advertising can help to ascertain whether an employee within the company has the necessary skills and qualifications to sufficiently perform the required job vacancy. External advertising is when a company decides to look for a potential candidate to fill a vacancy within their company. The scale of the external advertisement will determine on how important the job is within the company.
