This was an issue that Karen Leary needed to face when dealing with her new employee known as Ted Chung. There are two principle issues for this case study. The principal is that Karen Leary was not able to adequately understand cultural diversity and the second is that Ted Chung was not able to adjust to the culture of Merrill Lynch. This paper will examine what solutions were made and enhancements which could have been made to such circumstances.
