Business Law Case Study: FLM Graphics Corp.

Good morning,

We are engaging in business with FLM Graphics Corp. (Paravista) and eventually use them for production of printed material (DRI’s, Printed Labels, Inserts, etc.)

However, before doing so I think is necessary to stablish a quality agreement in which expectations and quality requirements are specified. Let me know you if your thoughts…

In that’s the case, I like to ask; do you draft such agreements? If not, do you have a quality agreement template to be used?
