Alexa Bernell can do what no one else can — or so she thought, until the Omen Project found her. Shaped by drugs and brutal training, she was their weapon. Until she got loose. Haunted by the memories of what she’s done, Alexa ran. Now the Project is hunting her. They’ve sent Cav, her friend, her lover, and her only confidant, to bring her back — no matter the cost. If she ever wants to be free, she has to kill him.

They were in some weird hospital but she knew it wasn’t a hospital. It was too High-tech, stuff she had never seen before. Someone came to their room and said they could come out and it was time for lunch. Cav and Alexa walked out of their room and smelled something delicious. Alexa knew she smelled her favorite dish Cav’s special spaghetti so she hurried to the line. But when she got there she saw it wasn’t spaghetti it was a blue glob but she decided she would try it. I grew weary after that and just looked at myself in the mirror and asked, what’s going on? A voice over the intercom said that lunch would start in ten minutes. Ten minutes passed and the door opened with two guards wearing suits. We were escorted to the lunch room I was ready to eat but then I saw what we had to eat. It looked like raw meat.
