Should we let bullying alone?

Most humans are social creatures. This means that humans are interacting with each other and can’t live without anyone else. But, there are some act in human social life that can destroy a human life. One of them is bullying. What is bullying then? Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. Bullying in school aged children is the most concerning problem in the society. There are some types in bullying, they are : Verbal bullying (saying or writing mean things) including teasing, name-calling, inappropriate sexual comments, taunting, threatening to cause harm; second type Social Bullying(or sometimes referred to as relational bullying, involves hurting someone’s reputation or relationships) including leaving someone out on purpose, telling others not to be friends with someone, spreading rumors about someone, and embarrassing someone in public; and the last type is physical bullying(involves hurting a person’s body or possessions) including hitting/kicking/pinching, spitting, tripping / pushing, taking or breaking someone’s things, and making mean or rude hand gestures. Because they already old enough to overcome their problems? No and never do it. Even though they are old enough, but remember, no humans can survive alone. Then how can we help them? It’s not easy but it’s not impossible. The first thing to do is encourage them to talk to someone they trust, or determine if the behavior violates campus policies or laws after reviewing student codes of conduct, state criminal laws, and civil rights laws, or report criminal acts to campus or community law enforcement, or consult the college’s title IX coordinator to help determine if the behavior is sexual
