Anthony Pino was the organizer of the heist, he has been a criminal his whole life. Anthony Pino later joined with another guy named Joe McGinnis. Together they created a team of robbers, which would make a plan for the heist. So with extreme caution, for around a whole year they would observe the bank and employees’ schedule and routine through the building across the street. After the robbery the police and even the FBI, who got involved were caught at a dead end, however with greed the robbers started selling out each other (Wilson Colin, Ian Schott, Ed Shedd, Damon Wilson and Rowan Wilson 206).

It consisted of eleven men, with the leader begin Anthony Pino. With the help of Joe McGinnis, they both organized a group that would plan a heist. The heist was practiced many times and also observed the schedule and routine of the Brinks building. On the day of the heist, they came in armed. It took a total of thirty minutes with little to no evidence left behind. After this they agreed to stay out of crimes for six year.
