It was Friday night. William and Margret were returning home after a night out. Usually they would stay in, watching a film, cuddling and eating pizza in the sofa. That evening, though, was a bit different. William knew how much Margret loved when he dressed up with that black suit and its matching tie and shoes, so he wore it just for her. Margret knew how much William loved that red dress she bought the first summer they spent together in Venice, so she wore it just for him. Looking smart and holding hands while walking down the street, they finally arrived to that fancy restaurant they found on the internet. They had an exquisite dinner accompanied with a few glasses of wine, something they could afford to do just once in a while. Fridays were the only day of the week they could spend together. The only thing they had to do was to relax and enjoy each other’s company, nothing else. There was no stress from work, no worries, no more calls to do, or emails to answer.
That night William was staying at Margret’s flat. Normally we would go home, but that night he was quite tired and had drank a little bit more, so it was safer if he didn’t take the car. Right after they arrived home, they got in bed and fell …show more content…
She didn’t know how William disappeared, but he was not there anymore. A terrible depression overtook Margret. She could spend days and even weeks locked in her flat. Many times, she would wear William’s leather jacket and smell the remaining scent left there. Every night at 4 am, a terrible dream would wake her up, and his father was always there to calm her down. Every night was the same as the previous one. Every night, she would remember William’s last words in her dream. And every night, she would get a little more depressed until this depression took her next to William
